Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

How to Check Your Order Status

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.

Lost or Damaged Packages

SlimJaro™ is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
