All purchases of SlimJaro™ are backed by a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with our product within 60 days of your purchase, you may return the unused portion for a full refund, no questions asked. This guarantee applies to all package sizes.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact Customer Support: Before returning any product, please contact our customer support team at support@slimjaro.com or call us at +1 (800) 123-4567 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number may not be processed.
Package Your Return: Securely package the product(s) you wish to return, including any unused portions and original packaging. Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package.
Ship Your Return: Send your package to the return address provided by our customer support team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (typically 5-10 business days).

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning their product. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs in such cases.
